​Sonder Apparel operates sonderapparel.ca through the Wix platform. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All Sonder Apparel pieces are made-to-order.

This means each item is produced specifically for you after purchase, production timelines may vary, and slight variations in garments may occur due to the nature of manufacturing. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product, modify or discontinue products without notice, and refuse any order at our discretion.
 

PRICING

All prices are listed in CAD. Shipping is included in the product price as a flat $10 rate across Canada. No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Any changes in product prices will be communicated via email and social media. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after the products are listed as fulfilled due to the made-to-order nature of the products. You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at: sndrapparelclub@gmail.com

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within Canada only.

 

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

All items are made-to-order and require a production time of 1 to 3 weeks and a shipping time of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the location within Canada. Total delivery time may vary depending on demand and production cycles.

 

DELAYS

Sonder Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, and high order volume. However, we will always aim to keep you informed.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include your order number and clear photos in an email to sndrapparelclub@gmail.com. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including designs, graphics, branding, and imagery, is the property of Sonder Apparel. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

ANALYTICS & DATA USAGE

Sonder Apparel uses Wix Analytics to better understand our website traffic, customer behaviour, and product performance. Information collected will be used to improve user experience, provide better future product releases, and deliver relevant marketing and communications. By using this site, you consent to the use of this data.

 

PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled through Wix’s secure platform.

We do not sell or distribute your personal data. Information is only used for order fulfillment, customer communication, and marketing.

Sonder Apparel is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, delays beyond our control, or losses resulting from the misuse of our products.
